Dr. Kevin M. Gilmartin is a psychologist, having served as supervisor for the Behavioral Science Unit and Hostage Negotiation Team at the Pima County Sheriff’s Department for 20 years. Dr. Gilmartin is an instructor for local, state and federal agencies in Emotional Survival related topics. He instructs for national conferences with fire fighters, law enforcement, telecommunicators and medical personnel. He maintains a consulting relationship with many federal agencies for behavioral science issues. He receives extremely high ratings for his instruction and information. Dr. Gilmartin is the former recipient of the IACP/Parade Magazine National Police Officer award.

In 2000, Scott became a Training Lieutenant with the Department of Public Safety, Standards and Training. While at the academy Mr. Dye trained thousands of police officers in the areas of Ethics and Tactical Communications. He also has been involved extensively with Martial Arts and Defensive Tactics. Mr. Dye has a unique was of presenting his material, using his own life experiences and humor to train and share his knowledge.

Sr. DDA Healy has handled virtually every type of case from murder (death penalty) and other high profile/serious cases to DUII and minor thefts. He has experience in Psychiatric Security Review Boards, Parole Board Hearings, Mental Health Court, Driving Under the Influence Court, District and Circuit Courts.
